1.This style of roaster machine have two heating ways –one is gas heating ,the other is electric heating  .Gas heating roaster is installed with energy saving cooking range which can also adjust the firepower. Electric roaster is installed with temperature control system which can be freee to  adjust the temperature.
2.The roaster adopt unique roller drum horizontal type structure, installed with adjustable speed motor, Heating Uniformity sealing well, especially suitable for braise roasting. The rear cover can  open which make it easy tomaintenance and repair. 
  The thermal insulation material inside outer samdwich of roller drum is high class asbestos which is with excellent performance and high thermal efficiency so as to meet different temperature requirements and finally get production with fine mouthfeel.
