bulking machine consists of feeder (hopper), extrusion & bulking device, power & transmission system , machine frame, electronic control system .

 Main structure:
1. Feeder (hopper)
 Feeder (hopper) is a screw of variable speed , it consists of feeder , conveying screw , outlet pipe , shell and deceleration motor etc.

2. Extrusion and bulking device
 This is the essence of bulking machine, according to different application e.g. different material for bulking, or according to different outlet type, corresponding combination should be taken. Extrusion and bulking device can be divided into two sections: chamber combination and driving parts combination. Chamber combination is made up of feeder box, compressing chamber, outlet box (annular space extrusion machine is without this part), adjusting plug screw (bulking of wholesome soya bean or other single material ); driving parts combination includes bearing box component, main shaft , extruding screw (group), vapor lock, guard ring, bullet etc.

3.Electric control system
Electric control system of the bulking machine has different configuration according to different main motor and different feeding style.
Individual motor in this system can start or stop separately, in operation please notice the start sequence: main motor ---- feeder motor; the procedure reversed when stop the machine.

Working principle:
Material is pushed ahead from feeder box to compressing chamber by extrusion screw (group), when passing primary vapour lock it get basic extrusion and heating, afterwards it received many extrusion of different degree till it get to outlet . When have bulking process of wholesome soya bean powder or other single material (single outlet), in order to get different outlet effect, the gap between plug screw and bullet can be adjusted, or otherwise to alter plug screw of different outlet hole diameter. Outlet hole diameters areφ6φ8φ12φ16.(φ16 is an option)
Bearing housing component refers to bearing housing box, left & right end cap, oil filler, oil gauge, bearing, sealer etc. It's function is to sustain main shaft, housing the bearing, lubricating and cooling bearing etc.
